By accessing or using ProMediaFlow ("the Service"), operated by PRO MEDIA FLOW FZ LLE ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
ProMediaFlow is a creative production management platform that provides tools for project management, content creation, team collaboration, AI-assisted workflows, and media production. The Service is provided on a subscription and credit-based model.
You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
Paid features are billed through Stripe, our payment processor. By purchasing a subscription or credits, you authorize us to charge your selected payment method. Prices are listed in the currency selected at checkout (USD, EUR, AED, GBP).
Subscriptions are offered on monthly and annual billing cycles. All subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period at the then-current rate unless cancelled before the renewal date.
For annual subscriptions, you will be charged the full annual fee at the start of each subscription year. You may cancel at any time through your account settings or the Stripe Customer Portal.
Upon cancellation:
General Policy: All subscription payments and credit purchases are non-refundable, except as described below or as required by applicable law.
7-Day Refund Window: If you are a new subscriber (first-time purchase), you may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial payment, provided you have not consumed more than 10% of your monthly credit allocation. To request a refund, contact support@promediaflow.com.
Annual Subscriptions: Annual subscriptions are not eligible for partial refunds after the 7-day refund window. You may cancel at any time and continue to use the Service until the end of your paid annual period.
EU/EEA Customers: In accordance with European consumer protection law, you may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for digital services. However, by purchasing a subscription you explicitly consent to immediate access to the Service and acknowledge that you waive your right of withdrawal once access has been provided.
Chargebacks: Filing a payment dispute (chargeback) without first contacting us may result in immediate account suspension. We encourage you to contact our support team to resolve any billing concerns before initiating a dispute with your bank.
You agree not to:
You retain ownership of content you create and upload to the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service. We do not claim ownership of your content.
The Service itself, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of PRO MEDIA FLOW FZ LLE.
The Service includes AI-powered features for content generation and analysis. AI-generated outputs are provided "as is" and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and validating any AI-generated content before use.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
